Edinburgh's Hogmanay is the traditional celebration of New Year's in Scotland. It's an incredible three-day festival of spectacular events.  This year's Edinburgh's Hogmanay will take place from  29 December - 1 January.

From 16 December, Edinburgh's Hogmanay will require all ticket holders, for all events that are part of the Edinburgh's Hogmanay programme to be able to provide proof of a negative lateral flow test from the day of the ticketed event to Party at the Bells, the Torchlight Procession, all concerts that are part of the Scottish music programme in Greyfriars Kirk, and the Loony Dook.

You will require a COVID passport (unless exempt) or show a negative lateral flow that has been taken with 48 hours of Party at the Bells to collect your tickets.

Yes. You will need to log in if you have an existing account using the email address and password you used when booking. If you do not have an account you will need to register with your email address and a password.

Our Hogmanay box office is located at Bristo Square in McEwan Hall (the basement, entry via the rotunda)

The box office will open on December 27th December - 31st December. 

The box office will be open from 10am - 10pm each day.

To make your collection as speedy as possible, please bring your email confirmation with you, the card you used to pay for tickets, your covid status or negative lateral flow test and photographic i.d.

You must collect physical tickets from our box office for Party at the Bells as you have a physical wristband to wear.

For the following events you can attend with the booking confirmation(e-ticket) though you're welcome to collect physical tickets if preferred.

* Greyfriars Kirk

* Torch Light Procession (A QR code will be sent to you ahead of the event taking place, you can take this directly to your torch collection point)

We will send out 'event information' emails prior to all our events, so do keep an eye on your inbox!

Any items handed to us are taken to our box office. Any unclaimed items of value are then taken to the police station once the box office closes on 01.01.22. Any other items not taken to the police station we will log and keep. Please contact us at boxoffice@edinburghshogmanay.com. Members of the public may take items directly to the police. Please complete this form on the Police Scotland website to report any lost property.

Please be aware mechanical street sweepers clean Princes Street immediately after the event so any dropped items not found and returned, either to Edinburgh's Hogmanay or the Police is likely unrecoverable.

Tickets purchased through Underbelly may not be cancelled, refunded or resold.

Your Edinburgh's Hogmanay order is subject to our terms and conditions. 

If ticket holders receive a positive PCR test result. The positive PCR result must be within 10 days of the event itself and ticket holders must submit the NHS text or email with a copy of their ID to boxoffice@underbelly.co.uk in order to receive a full refund.
