Edinburgh's Hogmanay is the traditional celebration of New Year's in Scotland. It's an incredible three-day festival of spectacular events. This year's Edinburgh's Hogmanay will take place from 29 December - 1 January.
You will require a COVID passport (unless exempt) to attend the Torchlight Procession and Party at the Bells.

Yes. You will need to log in if you have an existing account using the email address and password you used when booking. If you do not have an account you will need to register with your email address and a password.

You'll need to collect physical tickets from our box office prior to the event, we do not offer post or e-tickets for these event.
The Box Office will be open from the 27th December to the 31st December and location details will be circulated to all purchasers in the coming weeks. Typically the box office is open 10am to 10pm.
To make your collection as speedy as possible, please bring your confirmation with you, the card you used to pay for tickets, your covid status and photographic i.d.
Please note that not all members of your booking need to be present at the time of collection and therefore covid spot checks will also be in place.
In accordance with Scottish Government guidance, from 1st October 2021, those attending any event with more than 10,000 people will be required to show they have been fully vaccinated (or otherwise exempt).
You will be asked to show proof of your vaccine status via the QR code either on the NHS Scotland COVID Status app or a downloadable printed copy. Spot checks will be in place so please be prepared to do so on request
If you were vaccinated elsewhere (out of the UK), your vaccine information will not show on your COVID Status. You will require proof of vaccination from the country you were vaccinated in instead.
Any items handed to us are taken to our box office. Any unclaimed items of value are then taken to the police station once the box office closes on 01.01.22. Any other items not taken to the police station we will log and keep. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Members of the public may take items directly to the police. Please complete this form on the Police Scotland website to report any lost property.
Please be aware mechanical street sweepers clean Princes Street immediately after the event so any dropped items not found and returned, either to Edinburgh's Hogmanay or the Police is likely unrecoverable.
Tickets purchased through Underbelly may not be cancelled, refunded or resold.

If you test positive for COVID-19 or are required to isolate due to close contact with a COVID-19 infected individual or are requested to do so by the NHS Track and Trace app/s.
Please do not come to your event. If this happens to you, please email email@example.com ahead of the event.
We require customers to provide official notice from gov test/trace/isolate websites/apps or PCR test results; all with clear evidence of name and date of test result if requesting a refund.
