Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2012/13 takes place from Sunday 30 December 2012 to Tuesday 1 January 2013.
The full programme of events will be announced early November 2012.
The Press Office can advise on specific areas of the programme, filming, recording, TV and radio broadcasts or help to arrange interviews with visiting performers and Edinburgh’s Hogmanay staff.

All journalists, photographers and broadcasters must register for Media Accreditation for any events in the Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2012/13 Programme.
Please email press@edinburghshogmanay.com to request an accreditation form. Please note that a signed letter from your commissioning editor verifying your status and confirmation of your commission will be required before your application will be considered.
Media Accreditation for Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2012/13 closes on Friday 7 December 2012. Media passes will be available for collection from the press office from 11.00am on Saturday 29 December and must be collected prior to 3.00pm on Monday 31 December.

The Press Office provides quiet space for filing copy and photographs, TV and radio recording, facilities for live TV and radio broadcasts, interviews, unlimited coffee, daily newspapers and good company all day. We have fast wireless broadband but do not provide computers - please bring your own laptop.
We have a library of high resolution Hogmanay images - please contact us for details. A limited selection of high resolution images is available for free download here. Please note the appropriate credits.
All photographers wishing to take images of Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2012/13 must apply for accreditation.
All requests to interview participants and staff at Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2012/13 should be directed through the press office. Please contact us at press@edinburghshogmanay.com and we will do everything we can to facilitate your request.
